Production
From Tool Completion to Production Use
A mould is only validated when it performs under actual production conditions. Initial trials are used to identify variations and refine the tool before full-scale manufacturing.
Evaluation of sample parts after trial runs
Parts from initial trial runs are checked against your drawing before any adjustment is made to the tool.
Adjustment of process parameters where required
If trial parts show deviation, injection parameters are tuned first — often resolving issues without touching the tool itself.
Correction of tool-related issues
If a parameter adjustment isn't enough, the mould itself is corrected — the more expensive fix, used only when necessary.
Verification of dimensional repeatability
