Overview
About Titanium
Grade 2 titanium is commercially pure and highly corrosion-resistant. Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V) is an alpha-beta alloy with roughly twice the strength of Grade 2 and is the most widely used titanium alloy worldwide. Hong Ying Tooling machines titanium with dedicated tooling and coolant strategies to prevent work hardening and ensure surface integrity for critical aerospace and medical parts.
